One of the dress pants I purchased from @express the quality is awful. It ripped near the crotch area and I can’t even return it because I bought it while ago. The quality from @express has gotten downhill. Very disappointing

@express Really disappointed in the degradation of your clothing. As a long time customer (since the days of Structure) I am officially done buying anything from your store. Last 5 sweaters I purchased have fallen apart after 3 washes (followed instructions). Horrible quality

I remember working at @express 10 years ago with the best people & how much fun we had. Today I went to return some items and was scolded for not keeping them and for returning them 10 minutes after the store opened. Then was asked to rate her highly on a survey! 🙄

@express I ordered 3 polo shirts on 11th Oct 2025. All 3 of them shrunk after a couple of washes. The quality of the shirts used to be so good but they are so bad now. Very disappointing and would not recommend Express for anyone moving forward

.@express VERY unhappy your return policy is based on 30 days from ORDER date so if USPS takes forever to deliver, then I’m stuck with merch that doesn’t fit. Gross. AND my return confirmation email was dated 12/18 but your system says I can’t return past 12/17. wtf??
