Express stores BAD SERVICE!! As a customer I no longer feel valued when shopping @express. Went in to do an exchange and the team was unprofessional. They were not willing to look up my purchase and a waste of labor. @express please teach service how is once was.

Horrible Service at Lexus of Towson (Len Stoler)‼️ Purchased a vehicle and was told there were two keys. Later to discover I was lied to in order for the salesman, Virgil to get the commission. After asking about it, of course there was “my apologies”…

After leaving the lot the dashboard lit up with alerts. After returning the car for service; kept for three weeks, collectively. This is my last purchase from @Lexus. Customer service is subpar and should be audited. Unacceptable service from a company that is stands for luxury.
