@HMRCcustomers Hi I've been on hold for almost 50 minutes. My account type is wrongly recorded as organisational, but it should be individual. How can I change this?

@f_spooner You won't need to create a new PAYE account as both are linked as you have shown. To claim relief you need to go this page: gov.uk/guidance/claim… and follow the instructions for how to claim online. It'll take you through the steps to claim through the online portal. Suchona

@HMRCcustomers Should I just make a new personal only account, so that I can claim pension tax relief?

@HMRCcustomers Here it is. I was a sole trader a few years ago but this is no longer the case. I am trying to access the pension tax relief page but this is not possible as my account type is organisational, very frustrating!
