After watching that title game I legitimately think the three best teams in the ACC right now are Duke, UVA and …… FSU. Not even sure it’s debatable. But alas … only two of those three will be in the dance. Still, FSU was a legitimate Sweet 16 caliber team last 2 months.

@CRO31 @AdrianL0863 I was in shock Coach never put Sperry in, even occasionally, to throw to our wide open receivers running across the middle. Tommy couldn’t see over our linemen. Once opposing coaches figured that out it was over. Rotating the qb would have accounted for 2-3 more wins imho.

@AdrianL0863 That sounds dumb as hell. What’s the point of getting high school kids if they not going to play. Sperry has a lil something to him as QB he has everything you just need to give the opportunity!!!

Which is exactly why you CANT start the season with sperry and you need to go invest in an actual QB

@IraSchoffel This was determined years ago. I called my dad the day that E$ECPN announced their merger and said, “FSU is hosed”.

Shit, "Game Control" had a great run there as a determining factor in CFP selections ... for all of one year? Then FSU got booted "because its QB was hurt," but Ole Miss won't be without its HEAD COACH? ESPN and the CFP will come up with anything to justify who they want in.

Committee chair Hunter Yurachek makes the point I've been trying to get though. Lane Kiffin leaving Ole Miss after the Egg Bowl would not be like the Jordan Travis injury b/c they wouldn't have seen Ole Miss play a game without him.
