I just had a very disturbing Good Friday encounter with an ICE agent at the airport As I was going through security, an ICE agent asked me for my ID. I told him this isn’t Soviet Russia and that the only citizenship papers I planned to show him were the Declaration of Independence “Sir, I’m just asking for ID, not proof of citizenship,” he said. “Today is the anniversary of Jesus’s resurrection,” I replied. “He was an American. Would you have asked to see his papers too? Would the scars on his hands not have been enough for you?” He was stunned silent. I strode past him without showing my ID and went through the metal detector I received a standing ovation

@JoNationLive Mom is almost 92 and just brought her M3 premium home a couple of weeks ago. She can still drive, but for long trips I drove her. Now she goes where ever she wants to with FSD. Freedom changer for sure.

Picked up a pizza order. As I walked out, an elderly couple was getting out of their new Tesla Model Y. I said, “Beautiful car.” He said, “Thank you. It’s the best car I’ve ever owned.” I said, “Why?” He said, “You see me—I’m 78 and can barely walk, let alone drive. I’m taking my wife out for date night again after 52 years of marriage. We couldn’t do this with our old car. I didn’t buy this to save the planet. I bought it to save me.” 😢 All choked up, I said, “Thank you for sharing. You two go enjoy your dinner!” I see and hear this so often from elderly people buying Teslas, but it never gets old. Tesla is freedom🫶🏻

I'll take the high road. Looks like she was in a big hurry and just passed you. Then thought her turn was quicker than it was and braked. Then the well, "dumbass" turned into oncoming traffic. @Rustavi Too bad it still cant find my house and just goes right past it. Took a road trip last week for around 2k miles. It did ok most of the time. FSD is great, but the navigation still needs work. It took several detours that made no sense.

My 87 year old Mother-in-law decided she wanted to "drive" the Cybertruck today so we went for a quick spin on FSD 14.2.2.5 She hasn't driven a car for 5 years so she was stoked. "It's amazing!" 😁

@elonmusk Hi Elon, We are getting ready to purchase two Tesla's. A Model 3 and a Model Y. For my wife withMS and my Mom who is almost 92. The FSD is going to be a game changer for them,allow more freedom to go. But that $99 is a lot for some on disability and fixed senior funds.

The other day, my car randomly activated the right blinker and pulled over. FSD was engaged and didn’t disengage, so out of curiosity I watched and waited. About 30 seconds later, it turned on the left blinker, pulled back into the road, and drove the rest of the way without issues. It was almost as if it saw an emergency vehicle and pulled over, but there was none.

Here's a not-so-great Tesla Full Self-Driving moment from last evening. While taking an exit ramp, I think the AEB system activated and the car slowed to 13MPH. I’m not sure if it was reacting to the road, shadowed area, bridge, or lights above. I’m sure it was AEB because the accelerator pedal input was ignored even after FSD was disabled. Thankfully, there was no harm, no foul, as no one was behind us.

@GeriPerna @WellsFargo I was asked once when I withdrew a big amount. I told the lady my grandson called from Europe and said he needed it fast. She just looked at me and smiled. Then she called her supervisor and told them that too. I just laughed.

I have to VENT! Yesterday, my guy went to @WellsFargo in Florida to withdraw 7k, in cash. The teller called the manager over, and he asked what he was using the money for. My guy said, how is this any of your business? The manager said, we are required to ask. Then he told him he would have to come back tomorrow. My friend went to @TDBank_US in NJ today to withdraw 3k, and the teller asked her what she was using it for. My friend was furious and refused to tell her. WHAT IS GOING ON? THIS IS OUR MONEY! We earned it, paid taxes on it, and it we want to take it home and burn it, we can do that! Has anyone else experienced this?
