@goabode - it’s getting beyond the joke with your “smart” alarm system, it’s far from smart - it can’t sense when you’re home or away, getting very frustrating that you can’t get the basics right (and yes all phones have location services switched on!)

@goabode Doorbell is great but the chime is very weak which was a massive let down. Here are some suggestions: 1. Make your chime run on rechargable battery and have a frame that you can attach and detach from like your doorbell 1/3

@goabode Need to talk to a tech person on your staff ASAP. Have emailed the support line with no response. Have an email issue as well as a major plan issue where I was switched without being able to review the plan features. Can someone help me please?
