@British_Airways Hello, I’m wanting to use my Avios to book a return flight from Auckland to Nadi. When I search on BA it doesn’t show any flights for the dates but Fiji Airways is in the OneWorld alliance and does run flights then. How can I book this using my points, please?

@mediatemplehelp Thank you - not sure how the site is working for you when it’s not working at all for me on chrome or safari, on all devices. Have even asked others to check & not working for them either. How do I fix the DNS on the domain, please?

@hellopoe While we're not able to see into a customer's account through social media, such an error is usually an issue with the DNS on the domain. However, your website is resolving for us in several browsers right now. ^T
