Enforcement! It all about who wields the actual power and authority to enforce any legal determination, whether from a legislature or a court. ALL law enforcement officers swear to support and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of their respective states. Impeach a judge and lead them away in handcuffs and the conversation will change immediately.

“Only a Judge can Judge a Judge?” I cannot find that anywhere in the Kentucky Constitution, which was created in 1792, by a Convention of the People, and updated in 1891 the same way. It specifically laid out a US-style balance of power, or checks and balances, between the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches. The KY Supreme Court itself was established by the Legislature and the People voting on an Amendment in 1975, a relative newcomer to the discussion. That same, relatively new, KY Supreme Court has CREATED a Constitutional crisis by ignoring the plain language of the Constitution. That Court is “ruling” that the KY legislature cannot use their Constitutional power of Impeachment, which is a Legislative process, against a judge without their approval. This is unprecedented. Our constitution is clear that the “sole power” of the legislature to impeach (Ky Constitution 66) “shall remain inviolate.” (Ky Constitution 109). Nowhere else in America, no state in Western Civilization that has solely given the impeachment power to its legislature has been burdened with a court so arrogant to even attempt to nullify the basic legislative right to impeach. And now the judge in question is demanding that the citizen who filed a citizen petition to impeach should be liable for her legal costs. “Only a Judge can Judge a Judge” is what they are saying. And apparently no citizen or legislator can safely file a complaint against a Judge either. And lawyers better not weigh in, or their careers may be in jeopardy. Justice Kelly Thompson threatened to have every lawyer legislator indicted and disbarred. The Supreme Court’s opinion is a turf war action, not a judicial opinion. This is not how our KY Constitution works. This is Judicial Tyranny defying the plain language of the KY Constitution. We are now in a “Constitutional Crisis,” and the KY Supreme Court created it.

In the current system, it will never become a treatment. Do a quick search on APOA1-Milano. It was a coronary artery plaque clearing therapy that worked 100% in trials. Then, poof, it disappeared. I, personally, would have benefited, while nothing else works. It’s business, not medicine.

As a medical school professor, I was taught that lost cartilage is gone forever. Stanford just proved that wrong. Researchers discovered that blocking a single protein (15-PGDH) -- which rises as we age -- can actually REGROW joint cartilage in aging mice. The results: - Two injections per week for 4 weeks dramatically thickened knee cartilage - An oral pill version worked too - Chondrocyte cells reprogrammed to a more youthful state - Human cartilage samples from knee replacements also began regenerating No stem cells needed. Just reversing an age-related enzyme. The Phase 1 clinical trial for the oral version is already underway. This could make knee and hip replacements obsolete. What excites me most: 15-PGDH is a "gerozyme" -- an enzyme that accumulates with aging and drives tissue decline. Blocking it doesn't just treat symptoms. It addresses the metabolic root cause. Full breakdown coming on the Health Longevity Secrets podcast. Source: sciencedaily.com/releases/2026/… #Longevity #Arthritis #MetabolicHealth #AntiAging #HealthLongevitySecrets

@stokdog Exactly! We are very remote. We rely heavily on the electric co-op. However, we have a small solar rig for freezers, refrigerators and StarLink when the power is out. I would use wind, but it is unpredictably fierce here. Any wind turbine would have to be designed for that.

The fatal flaw of renewables is intermittency. The wind dies. The sun disappears. Electricity demand never sleeps. Giant battery arrays only store energy; they don’t create it. They can bridge hours, not days or weeks. A reliable grid demands baseload power. #Coal #Gas #Nuclear

All that is needed for an individual to put all this in perspective is to browse through the exhaustive list of "probable" carcinogens. The two lists, Known and Probably have been cherry-picked to illustrate the silliness. Known (not probable, known) Acetaldehyde (from consuming alcoholic beverages) Alcoholic beverages Arsenic and inorganic arsenic compounds 1. Brussels sprouts Despite the fact that these vegetables are among the healthiest you can eat, research, along with others studies, note that inorganic arsenic that exists in soil is highly attracted to sulfur compounds in brussels sprouts, along with other cruciferous vegetables, including kale, broccoli, and cauliflower. Arsenic levels in regular sprout eaters were 10.4% higher than in people who never ate them or ate them less than once a month. 2. Dark-meat fish Inorganic forms of arsenic were 7.4% higher in people eating dark-meat fish (tuna, mackerel, salmon, sardines, bluefish, and swordfish) once a week 3. Rice average American (about half a cup per day) have consistently high arsenic levels. 4. Chicken and other poultry Poultry birds are regularly given feed containing arsenic-based drugs, which leads to an elevated level of arsenic in the meat 5. Beer and wine Asbestos (all forms) and mineral substances (such as talc or vermiculite) that contain asbestos Benzene (naturally occurring. Found in one of Perrier’s water sources in 1990 Coal, indoor emissions from household combustion. Over 2 billion people use coal, wood or animal dung to heat and cook with. Engine exhaust, diesel Ethanol in alcoholic beverages Ethylene oxide. Sterilized Products: Residual ethylene oxide may remain on products sterilized with it, such as certain medical products, spices, cosmetics, and packaging materials Firefighter (workplace exposure as a) Formaldehyde Ionizing radiation (X-rays, CT scans, smoking, contrast used in stent procedures, MRI) Leather dust Mineral oils, untreated or mildly treated Outdoor air pollution (and the particulate matter in it) Painter (workplace exposure as a) Salted fish (Chinese-style) Solar radiation. That’s right. Sunshine Soot (as found in workplace exposure of chimney sweeps) Tobacco, smokeless Tobacco smoke, secondhand Tobacco smoking Ultraviolet (UV) radiation, including UVA, UVB, and UVC rays Ultraviolet-emitting tanning devices Welding fumes Wood dust X- and Gamma-radiation. Getting an X-ray. this is on the list of Known carcinogens. Probable (this is where Roundup is listed) Art glass, glass containers, and press ware (manufacture) Biomass fuel (wood), emissions from household combustion Bitumens, occupational exposure to oxidized bitumens and their emissions during roofing Chlorozotocin. Used in cancer treatment. That’s right, treatment Cisplatin. Chemotherapy for advanced cancers. Again, cancer treatment! Cobalt metal with tungsten carbide. Commonly used in machining cutting tools Creosotes. Railroad ties and treated wood posts. Burning firewood. Diazinon. Common garden pest treatment. I will admit that I am careful with this stuff. Dichloromethane. Paint stripper. Extract caffeine from coffee beans and tea leaves Diethyl sulfate. Ethanol production. Frying, emissions from high-temperature Hairdresser or barber (workplace exposure as) Night shift work Nitrate or nitrite (ingested) under conditions that result in endogenous nitrosation ortho-Nitroanisole. Often occurs in the acidic environment of the stomach after the ingestion of nitrates (found in vegetables or preserved meats) that are converted to nitrites. Arugula (Rocket): Often considered the highest source. Spinach & Beet Greens: Extremely high levels, particularly in raw form. Lettuce: Romaine, butterhead, and oakleaf are particularly high. Celery & Celeriac: High levels, especially in stalks. Beetroot: Very high, commonly consumed as juice. Pioglitazone. An oral medication used to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes by increasing insulin sensitivity Procarbazine hydrochloride. Chemotherapy used primarily for treating Hodgkin's lymphoma and certain brain tumors. Again with the cancer treatment! Red meat (consumption of) Shiftwork that involves circadian disruption Very hot beverages (above 65 degrees Celsius)

I am 100% on your side. However, there are over 3.5 million public school teachers in the U.S. Your breaking news is about 1/3 of 1% of the teachers out there. I may be missing the argument entirely, but that does not seem like either news or a sign of meaningful progress. Keep up the fight, but change your strategy.

California now says they don’t have enough money to finish building their high-speed rail system and are asking for $125 billion more. CBS: “That’s more funding than Amtrak has received in its history, and still leaves a shortfall of roughly $90 billion.”

NEW: President Trump says somebody leaked to a media outlet that the first F-15E pilot had been rescued but that the US military was looking for a second crew member. He says Iran didn't know that at the time, and his admin will go to the media outlet who reported it try to force them to disclose their source in the interest of national security or "go to jail".

Not to mention that it is a sure way to get into the university of choice. You can typically transfer as a junior easily. However, check with admissions to be sure that your coursework will all transfer. Make sure that you are taking acceptable prerequisite courses. The second easiest way is to go part time at your favored university, until you have 30 hours.

I still say for most kids the way to go is Community college for 2 years and pay as you go. Get your Associates and transfer to a state school. You literally graduate paying 25K or less. You don't need Democrat handouts. Just a plan.

Anyone in a combat role (also firefighters and law enforcement), may one day be in a fight for their lives. If you don’t train for that day, you may live to regret it. My Dad was a fighter pilot (numerous missions over North Vietnam). The last thing on his mind was being fit. It could have cost him his life.

Less than a year ago, the Air Force unveiled a new PT test with a two mile run. Airmen took to social media to complain how the new increased length would cause injuries. This weekend, an Air Force Colonel, more than likely in their mid to late 40s, ran 5 miles up a mountain to escape the enemy. Running matters. You should do more of it.

I believe that most of the political divide in the U.S. is contrived. The left needs conflict that they can supposedly resolve. If everything is mostly fine, they will get nowhere. In reality, on matters that actually impact our lives, most of us probably agree. The biggest obstacle to that is we are not permitted to hear and consider the facts.
