Game Theory shows that burning bridges is a viable strategy. When you intentionally remove your own options, your threats become credible. The opponent knows you cannot back down, so they must now calculate differently. This is what a game theorist calls a commitment device. This strategy is massively high-risk, but it can change the entire game by forcing your opponent to readjust.

Gambling hits completely different once you’ve got a few million. You can throw $200k on 1.25 odds and walk away with $50k profit. But when you’re broke, $50 on the same bet for $12.50 feels like nothing. Get rich.

Whatever you do, don’t be the guy who gives up at the exact moment when you should be fighting with everything you have. You’ll make it through either way, but there’s only one way you’ll look back and be proud of yourself.

Most girls have almost no real hobbies. To test this yourself, just text your girl (or any girl you’re talking to) this: “What are your actual hobbies?” Then watch her reply. Common answers you’ll usually get:

No matter how you disagree, people with handwork are making it big now. Nobody wants to learn work, everyone is forming big boy and girl, looking for a fast money route. Skilled people are the ones now eating big; whether hard or soft skill. I know a saloonist in my street here, that woman makes of graduates salary's in a day. Builders and POP contractors, do you know how much they charge? Millions! Is it photo and videographers. Also fashion designers and printing press centers. Don't do anything na, your future go tell you.

My entire world view was based upon the narrative that if I am skilled enough, I will definitely get realized eventually. Even if school teachers or my parents fail to recognize it, I will pass the exam since I am skilled enough. And that did happen. But then - even if I have failed an exam due to bad luck, I am sure the right recruiters will eventually notice my skills. And that did happen. But then - even if most companies fail to recognize me due to flawed systems, I am sure my team leads, managers, teammates, and further companies will eventually notice my skills and I shall finally be fairly compensated. But then came AI. People are resolving tickets, building features and clearing interviews much faster than actually skilled people, with significantly lesser effort. On paper they're being way more productive. Being skilled enough doesn't get rewarded anymore. Delivering market value does. In a deeply unfair system where everyone is cheating, what can an innocent man do but adapt?

Percayalah walau leverageku 100x, margin yg aku pake kecil. Targetku sehari cuma $100. Selama 2 bulan ke belakang udah achieve. $100 x 30 = $3,000 / 51juta. Cukup buat funding kehidupan sehari-sehari seorang pengangguran kaya aku. 🤣

Bibisara Assaubayeva shares this picture with the words "My Champion!" While Javokhir has become the champion of the FIDE Candidates 2026 in the open section and will now play a World Championship match against Gukesh, Bibisara has a chance to win the women's section and get a match against Ju Wenjun. She is currently on 7.5/13 and leading the tournament with Vaishali. Bibisara will play Divya with the black pieces in round 14 and Vaishali will play Kateryna Lagno with the white pieces in the final round! It will be exciting to see who triumphs! When you've used Samsung galaxy products for so long. You get used to their standard of smartphone. Fast. Instant. Reliable. Their only problem is fragility. Then you'd switch to another brand of smartphone like Redmi and you'd realize Samsung is not the mate of any other android brand.

@therealoak111 @GMNeiksans True... But why take the risk though 😄... The onus was on Giri to bring the fight one which can go only 2 ways... Win a scintillating match or suffer an embarrassing loss😄 like Pragg(more likely given his Sindarov's form).. So Yeah maybe next year he will challenge Windarov😁

@GMNeiksans this is usually an indicator that the game never really reached a trully complicated state (and if it did, it wasn't for long as at least one side opted for a safe continution). A game where both score more than 99% is rarely an exciting game.
