People preaching this have zero understanding of basic statistics and yet they’re trying to teach you AI, which is vastly more complex topic.

Now imagine a landing page with millions of daily visitors — where autoresearch agents are allowed to run without any oversight.

With every AI influencer posting about "landing page optimisation with autoresearch," a little bit of hope in humanity dies.

Someone is selling a manor estate in Burgundy with a private river, waterfalls and a natural swimming pond. 2 hours from Paris. Two buildings arranged around a courtyard, 1,700m² (18,298 sq ft) in total, 12 bedrooms, an artist's studio, stables and 7 hectares (17 acres) of land. Inside there's a music room with a piano, a library in the tower, a writing room, and a dining room built around a fireplace large enough to roast a whole animal. Herons and wild ducks live on the property year round. The river has a depth of 3 metres and you can swim in it all summer. Near Vézelay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Asking price: €1.39M ($1.6M). The French sure do know about living well. A river on your grounds, your own land to walk, swimming in summer, dinner outside. What's the French word for this kind of life?

@Austen Team plans are pretty usable now with Anthropic, we're still paying by card, but single corporate card. You can't get 200 USD/max plan but you can get 100 USD one.

I don’t have a dog in this fight, but it’s worth noting that Anthropic usage via Ramp may be overstated because it’s nearly impossible to get them to put you on a corporate plan, so the only option is issuing employees individual Ramp card to pay for Anthropic.
Eric Glyman@eglyman

If your kid’s lemonade stand processes 0.5–1% of US GDP, then yes, that’s a fair analogy for @tryramp. Ramp’s data is useful for the same reason it gets cited at all: it is quite consistent with the revenue figures OpenAI and Anthropic release. If it weren’t, no one would care.

@IterIntellectus And no you can't put your clients' photos to the wall, can you imagine doctors who put success stories of the patients to the wall?

@IterIntellectus When you've had successful therapy experience you don't want to brag about it. The only reason you want to brag about therapy is that you want to radiate your mental problems in to the outside world. No sane man wants to brag that he cured syphilis

@initjean Recently most of the EU entrepreneurs switched arbitration from London to Geneva, but for most IT startups both options are pretty expensive. And both are outside the EU

@ikuznetsov_com yes: "Today's proposal will remove in-person formalities, provide digital procedures for financing operations, and simplify the transfer of shares. There will be no more mandatory involvement of intermediaries for share transfers, and liquidation procedures."

We also migrated many tests from Capybara to Playwright: faster, multi-browser and more powerful to express fine-grained interactions. We still keep Capybara for testing with Rails and Action Text. And we also added much needed tests to integrate the compatibility with Trix, since Lexxy is meant to be a drop-in replacement. More on the testing suites in the docs: #two-browser-facing-test-suites" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">basecamp.github.io/lexxy/developm…

This week, I spent a good amount of time experimenting with agents and skills to fix tricky UI issues. One outcome is this skill: github.com/basecamp/lexxy… And three lessons: 1) Chrome MCP sucks for getting agents to interact with the browser. I had much better results with Selenium WebDriver scripts or Playwright. 2) Current models are perfect for troubleshooting involved UI/JS bugs, they just need the right environment. 3) For such bugs, forcing the agent to start by writing a predictable failing test case changes it all. No more hallucinations or good-sounding but flawed patches, but a straight line to resolution. I tested this with both Claude and Codex*, each troubleshooting the top 5 bugs we had collected for Lexxy. Still pending validation and review, but holy molly, the body of work they dispatched in 1.5h today. * Claude did a MUCH better job MUCH faster than Codex in this experiment.

I was never able to do blood tests when I asked for it in Netherlands Doctor asked "why? you're not sick?" Then I tried in Portugal (at Germano de Sousa) but they never picked up the phone or when they did were so slow and unhelpful I gave up, they also require a doctor prescription btw The first place I could get my blood tested was Thailand in 2018, I just walked into Bumrungrad and asked for it, amazing experience Last few years we just fly to Brazil and do it here, the nurse comes to your home/hotel at 8am and takes your blood, same or next day results online I find it funny I keep having to fly out of Western Europe to do blood tests, they make it impossibly hard to do them Which is retarded
Nuno Guerra@nunowar

@levelsio Who is your doctor in Portugal who can prescribe all the tests you want to do?
