Hey @Amazon, despite a number of very public complaints in March, April and June, and some apparent investigations that I'll never know the outcome of, once again one of your drivers and just opened the front door of my house and let themselves in. Let me guess "Fill out a form"?

@AmazonHelp I'm not DMing. 4th time this happened. It's always the same: please DM us, please fill in this form, we'll conduct an investigation which you won't know the outcome too. Always different people, none of whom give a toss that your drivers thinks it's okay to just walk into homes.

@AmazonHelp And if nothing wasn't taken or damaged, that's okay? The fact that, not for the first time, one of your drivers has trespassed in my home and you've done nothing about it is a joke. Yes, there are instructions not to enter my home, but it seems these are ignored.
