Hey @united. One of your pilot just did a emergency TOGA (take off go around) at about 1000 feet in a tstorm w 35 mph winds, then battled TCAS warnings while climbing to the east over downtown and landed us in michigan due to low fuel. Alot of ppl were crying but it was awesome 🫡

Need a book recommendation. Criteria: nothing war-related (don't care about it), nothing epic fantasy (taking a break), and nothing that's a "classic" as they usually stink out loud. Bonus points if the audiobook is good too. I like to switch back and forth.

@Cernovich Have these Americans been anywhere else OCONUS? Was in Paris for the Olympics. Everything was nice. Lots of friendly workers helping travelers get where they needed to go. Also a lot less crowded than normal. During the Olympics or not, it’s one of my fav cities.
