One line of text. +€10.920/mo. We added a subtitle above the fold on a client's product page. 8 words. That's it. The line tells their older target audience exactly what they want to hear within 3 seconds: "Large areas loosened in minutes, effortlessly and easy on your back." Their core desire is the first thing they see. Make your prospect feel understood immediately. Results: → CVR: 7.46% → 7.88% (+3.07%) → Revenue per visitor: €9.87 → €10.27 (+6.15%) → Est. +42 orders/month → Est. +€10.920/month No redesign. No new photos. No new traffic. Just the right words in the right place for the right audience. Most brands bury their value prop in paragraph text below the fold. Your customer decides in 3 seconds. Make those seconds count.

+€9.283 in 14 days. €0 in extra ad spend. Here's what we did: Hidden revenue by simply adding a no brainer PPF. (After Sell) We added a post-purchase funnel to a client's store. 3 offers. 0 extra ad spend. 0 iterations yet. Result: +€9.283 in additional revenue within the first 14 days. → Add-on: €2.095 → Cross-sell: €3.238 → Upsell: €3.948 The best traffic you'll ever convert is the traffic that already bought. Stop always just pouring money into the top of funnel. Start extracting revenue from the bottom. Then you can scale. Exponentially. Comment if you need help with the setup.

Everyone talks about creative testing for ads. Nobody talks about creative testing for LPs. Once you validate certain angles for your creatives, make your entire funnel congruent to it. Fix your LP and increase profit immediately,

Your conversion rate isn’t low because you’re missing something. It’s low because you are ADDING too much sh*t. Everyone keeps saying: “Add another section.” “More copy.” “More trust badges.” Wrong. You’re not optimizing. You’re cluttering your funnel. Especially with an 40+ audience: They don’t want to “explore” → They want clarity. Fast. They don’t scroll forever → They decide in seconds. They don’t tolerate chaos → They bounce. On mobile, it’s even worse: Your “high-converting page” turns into an endless wall of noise and friction. Especially if your funnel is already educating the prospect. Here’s the truth no one tells you: Every extra element = cognitive load Every app = slower site Every section = more friction Friction kills conversions. Not missing features. Try this instead 👇 Run a Friction Removal Test: Remove stuff of your page Kill unnecessary apps Shorten your copy by half Keep only what drives action Then A/B test it. You’ll be surprised how often: Less page → more money. Stop adding sh*t to your site. Start deleting. Less noise. More conversions. What’s ONE thing you could remove today?

I built a full funnel in 12 minutes. An agentic shopping journey for each type of shopper. Here's the breakdown: Cold traffic → Advertorial → 3 min Problem aware → Listicle → 3 min Comparison shopping → Landing page → 3 min Ready to buy → PDP → 3 min 12 minutes. 4 journeys. Every visitor matched to the right one. Most brands spend 3 weeks building one product page and send everyone there. Comment "Funnel" and I'll DM you how it works. (must be following)

All this talk of things like manus and Gemini and Claude marking landing pages with AI But I’m yet to see one that doesn’t look like it was made in canva by a dropshipper Let me see one that actually looks good, performs well (real results) and a REAL brand would use in a funnel Also if your CRO/lander agency is using AI to make your pages, run a fuckin mile 🚩

Camilo Castañeda | Ad Creatives for Ecom
Recent winner the team cooked up But...why did it win? Why did it beat other ads that were crushing for months? Context: You see, a lot of copycats came out for this product and a few viral Titkok shop videos too. So the previous ads hit a dip in performance. So rather than trying to compete with that content - we thought: Why do people NOT buy this product? Research: We found that a specific avatar of buyers are very skeptical and don't buy things for their kids impulsively. (kinda the opposite of buyer we want, but hear me out) We found in reviews that buyers bought AFTER doing a lot of research and selling themselves on the product. As they don't wanna buy "junk off facebook" So we were targeting a market that's more sophisticated when buying toys online. As a result, we led with the hook, "I don't buy anything without research." And showing reviews before revealing the product AND that the kid actually liked using the product. Editing: One thing you will notice is that this video is not edited with a hyper retention style. We actually broke away from the pattern of fast cuts, and instead had a long, drawn-out shot of the mum going towards the kid, showing the kid playing. Credit to the video editor here as it was his idea. But it's very clever because this creates a desired experience of a parent catching their child in the act of doing something that makes them proud. So not binge watching their Ipad, but drawing and being creative instead.

The brands printing in 2025 aren’t guessing. They’re running ads in markets where the emotion is already hot. Beauty, pain relief, pets, home gadgets, parenting… These categories convert because the buyer’s problem is louder than your marketing. You don’t need luck. You need angles built on exact keywords buyers obsess over, the exact pain points that trigger impulse purchases, the exact emotional hooks Meta rewards. Keyword → angle → creative. That’s the whole game. Once you understand that, your ads stop burning money and start scaling predictably. I put together a breakdown of the Top 10 Ecom Markets for 2025 + 10 high-intent keywords for each market so you know exactly where the money is already flowing. If you want it, drop “MARKETS” below and I’ll send it.

If you are not building DEDICATED and Message Matched Sales Pages for your Funnel after your LP you are wasting a ton of money! How? (Javvy Example): → remove header → remove footer → build a Cold Friendly Offer for High AOV so you do not end up in a CAC bidding war with your competitors → add healthy amount of scarcity and urgency If you want the entire process to copy: Follow & Comment “SP” and I'll DM it to you.
