Now paying Granola $18/mo to upload my meeting audio to their servers. So I built my own thing. It's 7 MB. Everything runs locally.
Works with @tobi's QMD for super fast search, PARA method second brain setup for organized people, projects, entities, @obisidan, CLI, claude code, codex, Claude Desktop.
Before a call with Biff it pulls your last 12 conversations, shows you pricing came up 5 times in 2 weeks, and reminds you that you owe Biff a doc from Friday. After the call it asks if you got what you came for.
You just ask "what did Biff say about pricing last week" and it pulls from your transcripts. No API key needed, use your existing subs.
The meeting prep feature came from messing around with @garrytan's gstack skills. His /office-hours pattern forces you to be specific instead of accepting vague answers. I stole that idea and applied it to meeting prep and post-meeting debrief.
It's called Minutes. Rust, whisper.cpp, Tauri. MIT licensed. First real release on github.

For most of last year I lived on a farm with my ex-girlfriend, had two people hired to do the operations of my business I feel like I already experienced what post-AGI life could look like for me I really want to write about this more Because it turns out AGI just feels like what I imagine it's like to have rich parents

i am insanely excited to host this event

there will be banana oat matcha/hojicha, tea, coffee, pastries, popcorn chicken, AND outlets for every seat 🤩
this will be a pretty intimate event since space is limited, but if it's popular we'll do it again :)

we got rejected by YC 6 times. now we just wrapped the F25 batch.
first 4 times, we didn't even get an interview.
next app, we made top 10% in review. still no.
then we interviewed. got no because [no moat]
next time, interviewed again. got another no because [too much revenue in korea]
...and this time, we got [yes]
each rejection was stressful. sometimes i didn't get it like "how did they get in?"
but it tightened our team and it led us to realize what we're good at and what story we have.
my advice: keep growing your product and business while you keep applying to YC.
maybe you'll grow so much that even when YC says yes, you won’t need it ;)

Opened a position on @Kalshi that Taylor Swift won’t be saying “documentary” at the Late Show. Technically, she has a documentary coming out with Disney+ but she has been going around using the word “docuseries” instead. It is a slight technicality. Not financial advice. Just a top 0.7% Swiftie.

You got rejected from YC?
I did too.
Here's how it turned out:
2019: Rejected by YC (twice)
2020: Got our first paying user
2021: Bootstrapped to $6M ARR
2024: Crossed $40M ARR
2025: Shipped our own AI models
2026: Scaling AI-first video co. to $100M ARR
If you're a founder who got rejected, I know it hurts.
But, don't let it stop you.
Focus on your product, your customers & growing your business.
Odds are that things can still work out.
That said, I wanna help 3 founders today...
30 minutes of uninterrupted office hours with me at VEED's London office or remote.
Tell me what you're building in the comments.
Will pick 3 winners next week.
