Friday night menu: reverse seared tomahawk steak. Simple to make: salt & pepper generously, 250 in oven until 115 inside, grill to 130 it's done (maybe 2-3 min each side). Serve with chimichurri (if you put A1 or ketchup on it you're out of the family)
