@GC_Rail Astonishing scenes here (16.27 KGX to Kings Cross) - we've just been told this train will stop at Doncaster, after all passengers for Doncaster were told to get off the train before it departed, because this service wouldn't stop there! Chaotic.

@BootsHelp I'm trying to buy Boots Everyday Cucumber Face Wash. The last three times I've visited my local store, they haven't had stock and when asked, say they "never" have any, even though it's a Boots product. Click & Collect costs as much as the product, so what do I do?

@sainsburys On this hot summer day, I went into Sainsburys to buy lunch - only to discover they had no disposable cutlery, meaning to all your salads/pasta etc can't be eaten unless a customer's taking them home. Really helps if there's a way to eat your take-away products.

@sainsburys The quality of your fresh products sadly seems to have gone downhill. Milk with a Best Before date of tomorrow that's viscous and completely unusable today. It was in my fridge within 15 minutes of leaving your store and this isn't the first time this has happened.

@thameswater Just to say how unhelpful your 'Save water for the future' calculator was, given your "top tips" were to do one load of washing per week (just not practical for anyone with a standard domestic washer) and use the kettle once a day (almost zero impact on water use).

@sainsburys Fairly grim trying to shop with you tonight. Largely empty shelves for seasonal fruit and veg, milk and bread (see photos); avocados out on display were mush & onions actively soft. Highlighted to a mgr, who told staff member to say it "must've been a bad batch". 🤔
