Creed is winding down. We set out to build a security collective that held itself to a higher standard. Over the past three years, we have had the chance to work with incredible teams and help make this space more secure, giving projects the confidence to go live. The decision to dissolve is a strategic one. All existing client commitments will be honored and transitioned smoothly. Our members continue to work independently in web3 security. If you've worked with us before, or were hoping to, reach out to any of us directly. The people and their will to build and break code are still here, even if the brand isn't. I'm glad we're all advancing the risk assessment space.❤️ At @creeddao we forked a NIST standard and have been iterating on it with @turtledotxyz for a year plus. But we spent all our money building it and we don't have a cool video for it. Also we need a cool name for it too, what should we call it? 👀 thecreed.xyz/riskassessments

In this vein, @creeddao is also set up to give all the money to security researchers and supporting roles. Basically there's revenue share for all the people involved in the distribution and execution of security work, throughout. Members vote other members in and out, one person, one vote. And then there's a shared treasury for everybody. Very literally a cooperative for security people wide and far. So, in a way, what @code4rena just did for code contests, we did do for traditional audits, too, @jack__sanford (v. x.com/jack__sanford/…). 😄 Go check it out at thecreed.xyz/about. 🏜️❤️
