@Lufthansa_DE What’s going on, Lufthansa? Our flight LH1177 from Porto to Frankfurt today was cancelled after hours of waiting with a 3-year-old child. Neither your hotline agent nor your digital apps and assistants had any clue until now. Trying to view the flight on your website only leads to a loading error. According to your app, we’re already in the air… Seriously? This is incredibly frustrating and turns traveling with kids into a complete farce. The hotline agent said we’d be rebooked within 30 minutes – still no SMS or email from you. I don’t even want to start listing everything that’s wrong here with a so-called “customer journey.” This is completely broken! #travelwithkids #lufthansa #digitalization
