@mayleechai @washingtonpost @crystalhanak @BlairPublisher Dearest May-lee. I think of you daily. You sent a gift more than once and I have those two items where I think of you. The one in the envelope was much needed but I kept it there anyway, to think of your generosity.
I do not know how you do all of the fb, tweets, etc.

@MadMadMadMadRN @doctorow @Xfinity I wish I had @xfinity. We do not get it here In Idledale.
I did try and believe I may be getting a charge anyway.
Our company, @CenturyLink, is very slow, charges extra to speed it up after slowing it down, and never speeds it up even when you pay. The payment is also extreme.

@Urrealism It's how I handle it, also. I just repeated "savage" said the other day by saying "I am a savage. Even my maiden name was Savage. I'm all the way One."

@lindahoganwrite I let the racists talk wild about Mexicans then say mildly, “I was born in Mexico.” The shock and back-tracking are fascinating.

@KarenKondazian1 @CaraLopezLee Interesting Chickasaw woman. Te Ata. Whose work and life was overseen by her husband at the Smithsonian. I never know what to think of that.

Buy this exquisite volume of poems by @lindahoganwrite immediately! Imagine if a mountain had a voice-her words have ancient weight and wisdom.
“Remember your happiest days.
Then think of the life they carried you to.
They might have turned you inside out…”

@chenchenwrites And in grief, when you are strange to yourself, also be kind to your broken heart.

@ReutersScience 2nd Reply First didn't go. A great idea to hold countries, governments accountable. Maybe change policy. But perhaps the large price might better be used for working toward the solutions to climate change.

@RyanShead Then do better. Everyone do better. This is horrific and of course, we Native women have thought police involved for a long time. This has been happening over decades now. I could say Centuries.

@ToniJens This book looks incredible and important. I love the title and all that follows. I also love your photo. And miss seeing or hearing about you, your work, your life. Most of it second hand, dear Toni.

@elissawashuta No code. Just a new language! Again. Congratulations, dear Elissa. I hope to see you again one of these days before too long.

@RonkaPhotograp1 @dj1punch Thank you, and I look forward to meeting in some abstract or not so abstract manner. Whichever comes first.

“Can we love what will swallow us when we are gone? I do. I love what will consume us all, the place where the tunneling worms and roots of plants dwell, where the slow deep centuries of earth are undoing and remaking themselves.” 🥰 “Dwellings” - @lindahoganwrite
