Just witnessed this smash and grab in my Richmond District neighborhood. The perps fled after chucking their breakfast yogurt at me, but only after I got good footage of them. After filing a police report, I found the neighbor who owns the truck and he said I saved him a few thousand bucks in tools (which he won’t keep in his truck any longer) by scaring off these perps. What’s CRAZIER is that while driving to the police station to make a report, I drove by a cargo van that had also been broken into - and guess what was in the back of the cargo van? Connie Chan’s Richmond district is not safe. We need to stop othering kids who struggle to learn to read. This happens when ineffective methods (F&P and Lucy Calkins) are prioritized over the needs of children. There is nothing wrong with the kids, they just need to be taught in ways that align with the science.

The efforts to remove volunteer members appointed by the Elections Commission who serve on the Redistricting Task Force undermines and corrupts what is supposed to be a transparent and non-partisan process. They must be able to exercise their independence. My statement:
