"Too often, we fall into an all-or-nothing cycle with our habits.
The problem is not slipping up; the problem is thinking that if you can’t do something perfectly, then you shouldn’t do it at all."

@SeanHagey @rupalPT Thank you so much for your wise words Sean! 🤗 best wishes for you as well
English

@marce_dpt @rupalPT It can be overwhelming. But try them all out of possible and enjoy the process. Even those of us several years (and decades) out are still trying to figure out where we want to end up. Good luck to you!

Hey #PTFam 🤗 Question, is it bad that I still don’t know what area of physical therapy I want to work in? I feel like grad school just opened my eyes to the millions of places where a PT can work and now I’m just kind of overwhelmed
English

@sarah_pht Thanks for taking time to answer! I guess that is INDEED the beauty of PT🤗 I feel so much better now

@marce_dpt I started in geriatric home care, then transitioned to out-pt Ortho, now Im specialized in vestibular rehabilitation. The beauty of our profession is how diverse the different fields of practice are! You can do anything!
English

@marce_dpt You bet 👍. Just went with what I was most comfortable/knowledgeable with at the time. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
English

@Steven_KinneyPT Love to know that this is a possibility! Thanks for taking your time to answer 🤗
English

@marce_dpt Not bad at all. 10 years out and I still like a little bit of most everything. I dont think I will ever soley "specialize" in one area.
