shit really needs to be sorted out when it comes to judicial review for taking action against the iopc.. there should be no time limit just like rape/child abuse... and other crimes.. as its against a government body!! and as for solicitors in the uk.. they are a bunch of cowards.. i gave a solicitor video proof of police corruption and a conflict of interest.. and just because the complaint to the iopc was around 6 yrs ago because at that point i had no idea i could take it to judicial review until just recently... the solicitor refused to help me.. even though they know they could of asked the court for exceptional circumstances ... now based on this.. its guaranteed there will be thousands of ppl in the uk denied any justice based on this system..
