This is EXACTLY how I felt 2013-2015 or even longer Same empty weird what the fuck is happening uneasy unreal feeling Very frightening and scary when I had it and almost impossible to explain to anyone I remember telling my friend at night looking outside his window how the trees looked so weird and scary how they moved Everything was like some horror movie Now that I think of it slowing down traveling, always traveling w/ gf/friends and actually the biggest (here we go again) lifting weights and exercise really solved all that. I was also very underweight and skinny (just like Avicii in the docu) I'm now 25kg/55lbs heavier, healthy fit weight and 4x per week gym Now I never have derealization anymore, and haven't had for years! So I think it's just brain not functioning properly
