First try at @ottolenghi @nopi_restaurant cookbook. My take on surf and turf. Loved the gochujang marinaded sirloin, the butter bean mash, the baby carrots with Parmesan and truffle oil vinaigrette and red quinoa and watercress salad. Slipped in a crab cake as well.
