@editingemily You mean like to another account in the same country or across borders? The only time I’ve had questions was when I was moving large sums to get money in the right place for a house purchase. My experience is that banking is worse in Freedomland.

Anyone else think it would be cool for @github to support emoji reacting to individual lines? In code review I often want to express my delight with an elegant refactor or a nit getting fixed, but adding comments can clutter the PR conversation view. Here's my v rough mockup:
