Micah Baldwin

Big news. I’m excited and honored to announce that @micah will be joining the team at Inside Out Leadership! He’s written an essay to mark the occasion, linked in the thread.. Micah has exited four companies, founded or been early at companies that have raised $350m+, and has mentored and advised hundreds of companies over the years. And most importantly, he is an excellent, trained coach, who has helped founders from all over the country achieve levels of success even greater than his own. Micah’s experiences and expertise, alongside Jason Pliml and Santiago (Santi) Jaramillo, will further increase Inside-Out’s capacity to help founders discover who they are as leaders, evolve into better versions of themselves every day, and build high performing, low-drama companies that make them come alive. At Inside-Out, we believe that founders should be coached by coaches who have also been founders. Micah is a prime example of this ethos.
