@united I came to the airport early and saved these passes for this very specific trip. They are set to expire in the next few weeks. Before I can even use them

@united I was just denied access into the United Club at FLL. The lounge had plenty of room and I was still denied entry to use the 2 passes the come with my United Explorer. You’d think someone with a United credit card and United Status would be treated as a priority
