@ArnoldClark /arnold shark are all liers my mobility car had to go with my disabled daughter to supported living and when I went out to buy a new car it was faulty and consumer right act they don't care they just carry on lying. there head office are useless too no help

@David8534221472 They have had there one chance to fix it picked the car up on the 10/4/25 in the morning brought it back 10/4/25 at 14.19 with faults on my dashboard took the photos of faults at 15.27 while mechanics looked at the problem then sent me on my way they deny this happened. Lies

@pegasusp3 If you have had it less than 6 months. They have 1 chance to fix it. After that you are legally entitled to a refund or replacement
I fought them for a long time.
They lie. Ignore emails. And send you in circles. My aim in life now is to help anyone struggling with them.

Have to say I arnold clark # arnold shark are the worst dealership ever, horrible to women buying cars and completely unprofessional and lie at every turn from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you come back with a faulty car you bought off them.

@David8534221472 Oh god yes its unbelievable how much they lie even when you have concrete evidence they still lie hoping you'll back down. Not me. And the way they treat female customers is horrific majority of complaints on there review site are female.

This is all a lie they don't help you don't trust them to do the right thing my car is sorn now sitting on my drive with faults all over the dashboard and diagnostics proved they wiped my cars faults before fixing the car just to sell it

@RipOffBritain1 car dealerships need to be stopped government needs to enforce new law to protect the consumer. Consumer rights acted doesn't help if dealerships deny everything until you need to take a solicitor on then it ends up costing you more.
