@PetSmart - I want to be credited the $10 for the coupon that wouldn’t scan. You guys had 1 cashier with 9 people waiting behind me, and instead of holding up the line while the cashier tried to figure it out, I just paid full price.

@PetSmart your store is ridiculous. My wife went into your Bloomington location to buy a Guinea pig and cage and and accessories. Person working refused to sale her it because said had to prove had environment set up for it. That is idiotic when she was buying the environment.

@PetSmart Rewards points should not be deleted or expire. So few points are awarded it takes time to accumulate enough to cover the higher prices. Ex. @PetSmart raised the price of Authority dry cat food at leas $0.27/pound since last year. That's more than 10%. Thanks @PetSmart .

I have to say that the pay 4 service that @Banfield has is great but the personal have made us 2nd guess their service. Our pet came home hurting after a dental cleaning and 3 days later still not eating. Took her in this morning and nurse was not very welcoming whatsoever. We will probably go back to our old vet. We will see what the outcome is this afternoon. The location is RiverCity in Jacksonville Florida in the @PetSmart location.

@PetSmart just had our dog groomed with you 1st time and pretty unhappy. Dissatisfied with the misleading prices when booking grooming. I paid 70 when the booking said I was paying 25. No notice of an “base” price. Also, they did not wash my dog’s belly. He is still dirty 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
