@SingaporeAir Hi, I find it quite disappointing that you send an email to say Get upgraded and the link doesn't work/the upgrade is no longer available. Only 30 minutes after receiving the email, what a joke ! Don't bother sending an email if you just give false hopes to ppl.

@BootsUK Hi it is really tiring to go to one of your branches and see a product is almost double the price than on the app. Bulldog products are discounted online but not in the shop. Completely deceiving. I've just gone to Sainsbury's they are discounted. Total waste of time

@HalifaxBank Yes the guy in front of me wanted to do the same as me and cash in something and they said it's not possible at the counter and they don't know when the ATM will be fixed. I mean it's almost never open and when you go on purpose, nothing works.

@AmazonHelp Hi Heather. I just spent a while with your customer service and nothing can be done. My point is I shouldn't have to pay for Prime if my delivery is cancelled. It should be refunded at least. Your chat on the app used to be better. Now it's always Don't know. Can't do that.

@sainsburys Hi Sainsbury's. What about adding tea to the Costa coffee machines? It shouldn't be that difficult. You hike the meal deal price saying Costa drinks are included but what about millions of ppl who don't drink coffee and pay more but don't get more. Thx
