@virginmedia there is an outage and you're impossible to reach or willing to help, you claim that your lines are open until 8 PM but when calling it says that your lines are now closed. Misleading and poor service

@virginmedia tried number of occasions today to speak to someone about my internet and TV package which seems to just keep doubling in price and now I am not happy that I am not able to access any form of renewal deal otherwise I think my time is up with VM

@virginmedia my Internet has been intermittent for 7 days now. Your app confirms the same. Are you aware of issues in TS7 and how / when are you going to rectify this ? I can confirm payment on my account is up to date, this is the 1st thing the app checks.

So I have to then spend another wasted 60+ minutes on the phone with @virginmedia having a fruitless conversation where the person cannot understand me or assist at all. Finally finish and have no clue what will happen next… other than it won’t be what I expect. Useless.
