A fun fact about Nat – Nat played bassoon, flute, four sizes of saxophones, and three sizes of clarinets for various ensembles. Nat wants to give a shout-out to Dr. Hollingsworth, who has mentored and supported them since their first quarter at Rose-Hulman. 4/5

Nat Hurtig, a junior CS + Math major, is from Ada, Ohio. Studying CS was actually a gut decision – Nat knew that they wanted to study engineering, learned to code the summer before starting at Rose-Hulman, and decided to give it a try! 1/5

Nuo likes CS/SE because of the quick feedback loop – getting results fast & the confirmation that progress is being made & something is being built. Nuo is particularly proud of is their research using biochemical & computational approaches to analyze carbon nanotubes. 2/3

Currently, Vidhu is working on a project with @fabbyrob & Jackson Shen using ML to detect certain types of natural selection. After graduation, Vidhu plans to return to @amazon. A fun fact about Vidhu is that they were the 2nd best saxophone player in Kentucky! 3/4

Vidhu Naik, a senior CS major, comes to us from Louisville, Kentucky. Vidhu initially applied to Rose as a CPE major, but eventually decided that their heart was in pure software and switched majors. 1/4
