CBC's reporting is now just intentionally false and misleading
Raffy Boudjiknian asked Pierre Poilievre a question in the scrum today... and later in his CBC explainer instead of showing viewers Poilievre's answer, he said "Now, he said the first thing he would do is get rid of liberal policies on gas taxes."
That's not even close to what Poilievre said. Watch.
What he said is he would "unblock our own energy."
"I would eliminate liberal laws like C-69 that keep oil in the ground."
"I would remove the shipping ban off the northwest coast of BC"
"I'd end the liberal industrial carbon tax."
"I would move to six month permitting."
"And I would make my goal would be to massively increase production and shipping of Canadian oil and gas."
"I'd also bring in an energy and minerals reserve so that when these kinds of crises strike, Canadians can sell our oil on the world market to reduce prices for consumers at the same time as we profit from the high prices that foreign economies are paying."

Canada does not have universal healthcare. Folks are dying on waiting lists and walking away from ERs with no treatment.
Additionally, people are now worried about going to ERs in case they get MAIDED (killed) by the government.

And they will stand trial and face justice for their wickedness.
They literally trampled Canadian citizens who were peacefully protesting the violation of their human rights, and were peacefully petitioning their government for redress.
Their "Prime" Minister, Justin Trudea, had gone out to take a knee with the violent BLM protestors who destroyed and vandalized wherever they went.
But he couldn't be bothered to come out and meet and talk to Canadians who were simply asking for an end to an irrational, cruel, tyrannical restriction of the basic human rights to freedom of movement, freedom of association, and freedom of religion and conscience.
There must be a reckoning.
If you know names, write them down. Write down their crimes. We will need the list, some day in the future.
They must face justice. The justice of the courts which will be cleansed of parasitic ideology, and will once again dispense true justice.

I'll refrain from addressing the Soviet propaganda portraying its pet project in the Middle East- Neverland '🇵🇸', but rather tap into a rarely mentioned anti-Zionist propaganda effort that was directed inward.
In the 1970s, USSR Jews were introduced to the possibility of repatriation to Israel. Naturally, this wasn't in the interests of the Soviet state. As noted by Isabella, the state was pushing the narrative that "Soviet Jews are part of the Soviet people," all while discriminating against its Jewish population and refusing to approve their applications to depart for Israel (those who were refused were called "otkazniki").
The Soviet regime also tried to intimidate Jews using its "soft" propaganda tactics, such as this cartoon published in the state newspaper Pravda (Правда- "Truth"). It was an official organ of the Soviet Communist Party:
"Welcome to Israel," reads the caption of the caricature. It "offers" those who come (Jews) to Israelto take up arms and tighten their belts because of inflation (caused, as implied, by enormous military spending due to the endless conflicts Israel is in). This served as a warning to those Jews who dared to contemplate the idea of leaving the USSR for Israel.

This is a beautiful post. It repeats, almost word for word, what Soviet propaganda said even as the USSR oppressed its Jews: there is no such thing as a Jewish people; Jews belong in the countries where they were born; Soviet Jews are part of the Soviet people and have nothing to do with Israel. So Susan here is parroting ideas developed and operationalized by the KGB during the Cold War (and that go back to early Stalin and other Bolsheviks). I also love how she reminds us that Jews lived in Yemen, Morocco, Egypt, and Iraq, as well as in France and Germany, and then tells Jews to go to Europe or to hell. What happened, Susan? If Jews are Yemeni, Moroccan, Iraqi, and Egyptian, why send them to Europe? And if Israeli Jews are Middle Eastern, then they’re not European colonizers after all, are they? Susan is right about one thing, though: Zionism is an expression of Jewish peoplehood. It’s why she and her friends hate it so much and fight it so vehemently. Undermine the idea of Jewish peoplehood, and you finally get the upper hand on the Jews. This is precisely why Jews need to double down on Zionism.
