Daily Mass plus two boxing/gym/weight sessions a day of 1 & two hours. No food in house but for protein, greens and veggies.
alarm set for every 17 minutes for prayer. Highly curated media (music, books). No inputs into the mind other than that. Repeat daily until full factory reset.
