The suspect, identified as Christopher Okello, reportedly gained entry into Ggaba Early Childhood Day School on Thursday, April 2, 2026, by posing as a parent before launching the att@ck on children aged about two to three years, according to police. “We confirm a tragic incident at the Ggaba Early Childhood Development Program school in Makindye Division, Kampala City, where a male suspect br¥tally st@bbedand k+lled four juveniles,” police spokeswoman Racheal Kawala said. Authorities disclosed that the att@ckerfatally st@bbed three boys and one girl out of the 14 children present at the facility. “The suspect had visited the nursery last week to seek admission for a child, paid the fees and was told to return this week,” Kawala added.
