@sambecker123 @AntiDoc All I did was add Tren, test and dbol and my max bench went from 235 to 315 in a month lol. About a year total of lifting. 315 is not that hard, I have a small frame too

I’m seeing a new breed in the gym. Young guys who live in the cable machine area, always doing those unilateral cable exercises without handles. Lot of them do have some development in arms and delts, but the rest of them is absent. They turn sideways and A-P thickness is nonexistent—they really disappear. Zero back thickness. No traps or rhomboids. Usually smallish pecs. And even though they have some delt development, somehow their shoulders are still narrow.
Oh and of course, stick legs covered in joggers.
