The notification was received only after the change, leaving no effective opportunity to prevent or reverse the unauthorized takeover. This was an active X Premium account, making the absence of effective safeguards and recovery particularly concerning. A cybercrime complaint has been filed in India (𝐑𝐞𝐟: 𝐂𝐘𝐁𝟐𝟎𝟎𝟒𝟐𝟔𝟎𝟎𝟒𝟏𝟔) and is currently under police action. Despite raising a support ticket, there has been no response yet. Shortly after Justice Swarnkanta’s elevation to the High Court in 2022, he was empanelled on Central Government panels in 2023. Within just 5–6 years of his career, he was assigned 5,904 cases between 2023 and 2025, an extraordinarily high number that places him among the top ten counsels in terms of case allocations, out of nearly 700 panel counsels in the Supreme Court. In contrast, many others take years to reach such a position and may receive as little as a single case in an entire year. This also carries significant financial benefits. With a per-docket appearance fee of ₹9,000, the total earnings could exceed ₹5 crore in just two years, given the volume of cases assigned. Additionally, after Justice Swarnkanta became a High Court judge, her daughter was also empanelled on the Central Government panel. SG, Tushar Mehta, is assigning cases to both the son and daughter of Justice Swarnkanta, while also appearing in matters against Kejriwal ji.
