@Zemedeneh No incumbent has won with 70-75% of the citizen dissatisfied with the way current situation. 3 issues won the vote: economy, immigration and foreign policy. Just saying the other is candidate bad was not a winning argument. Specially the other candidate was in office before.

Even though the result is disheartening and not what I had hoped (expected), like other Americans, I accept the result. Mr. Trump won fairly in a transparent democratic process. So, Congratulations!

They made Homeownership possible for millions of people. 30yrs fixed rate pre-payable mortgage is one of the best inventions of mankind. The 2008 recession was a banking/credit event, not special to them. Their bailout is political.
