@EE Thanks kindly for reply. Went in a few circles, tried again this morning as soon as EE phone lines are advertised as operating. Someone was able to tell us there was an outtage in our area. Might help to update customers via social media channels, can save ours & your time.

@EE Internet network down for hours and no answer to via "contact us" options, which essentially sends you to different phone lines, Internet pages (that can't be accessed as network is down). Quite dissapointing to be sent to multiple dead ends.
