When they ask you to eat greek yogurt, please stop eating this one. It has added sugars in it, approx 5g. Though 5g is not a harmful sugar as such but it breaks the notion of yogurt being 'healthy and high protein snack'. Always eat the plain one. Be it epigamia or skyr, any works.
