We went to a dinner as a group and had a $500 bill. We tipped $40. We were happy we can be able to give our server something, but her reaction was the opposite. She told us she assumed we're going to give her at least $120. When we asked for the manager, she said she was just joking, but she wasn't smiling at all. Idk, but is $40 tip enough for $500 bill? I just feel like expecting $120 is not realistic. ~Lea Robertson

After nearly a decade as an @ATT customer, with multiple phone lines and @DIRECTV I traded my iPhone 14 for a 17 and was told I would get 2 discounts on my service. That was a lie. I’ve called, gone to 2 stores, spoken with multiple reps. No resolution. But wait. It gets worse.

@ATT Dear @att. Where is my iPhone 14? Where are my discounts? Why did your employee promise me something he wasn’t able to do? Why is customer service saying one thing and your store employees are saying something else? Please fix this mess. This is ridiculous.

@ATT The rep at the store said she couldn’t find the iPhone 14 I traded in. She called the guy who promised the discounts. He claimed he couldn’t explain because he couldn’t see the store computer. The rep at the store claimed my iPhone 14 had actually been shipped down South. Huh???
