@GWRHelp ok so you cancel the 06:47 from Cheltenham to PAD. Will now run from Glos. But why not ask us to catch the 06:41 to Cardiff and get off at Glos? Would that have been sensible? Would that have not shown a modicum of customer service?

@GWRHelp Hiya John - and as an update, nobody had told the platform staff at Bristol Parkway there were London passengers on the Paignton train, and to hold the 08:59 for just 60 seconds. So currently at Parkway, having just missed by 20 seconds. Station manager was lovely btw
