Trust the Plan How starting a new business drives you mad… These weeks have been a huge rollercoaster for me. Usually I’m a pretty zen guy, but at the moment it can happen that I’m totally hyped up or completely down. I have 4 months of runway and decided to go into AI & Automation consulting. Claude is an absolute blessing and it helps me with strategy, offer development, GTM, delivery, everything! I’ve set up my process on how I’m going to execute to get to profitability in 4 months. Huge pressure. Some days everything aligns and I feel like everything is gonna be super easy, barely an inconvenience. Other days I hit a road block that feels like it’s going to derail the whole operation. It’s constant iteration, micro-pivots, working until I HAVE to go to sleep. In the final hours of the night I tend to get a bit more nervous. Then Claude doubles as a coach: „get away from the computer. Trust the plan“ It’s important to take breaks and zoom out. The plan is solid. I might fail. I might succeed. But I’m giving it my best and this is these are the best possible circumstances ever to start as a solopreneur. Set up a good plan. And then… Trust the Plan

I asked Claude: “Hey, how much time do you need to code an entire Polkadot app with P2P messaging, a Substrate/EVM wallet and some social features?” and instead of hallucinating a “2 hours MVP” ...bro pulled out a full consulting deck
