#EuroPCR 2025 Major Late-Breaking Trials – One-month dual antiplatelet therapy followed by prasugrel monotherapy at a reduced dose Results of the 4D-ACS randomised trial show that, at 12-months, NACE occurred in 4.9% of the 1-month #DAPT group and 8.8% of the 12-month DAPT group, meeting criteria for both non-inferiority and superiority. Major bleeding occurred in 0.6% vs 4.6% (HR 0.13; p=0.007) in the 1-month DAPT vs 12-month DAPT group, respectively.
