@Ben_Saves I'm tempted to take Nick's course. Almost all of my wealth is in retirement accounts where I only have limited margin access - so no naked option selling. I wonder if the course material would still be worthwhile for those in my position

I've got a few trades being tested by the gap up today. Unrealized profits are negative at the moment. But selling options with defined risk & proper sizing is/was key here. Keeping emotions in check & being mechanical is essential. A good rule of thumb is, "If the trade is working, do nothing." I've learned all of that and more from @NickGibbsIAG.

@elonmusk can you create a map of all potholes that each Tesla drives by so that the city street departments can track and fix them? Would be a great tool instead of the archaic reporting system that exists today which varies by county/city. Also each Tesla could validate the pothole no longer exists and self update the map.

Wish it’d do the same for deer. Had to intervene on both encounters recently, and I even gave it more time than I should have.

@wholemars I had that one today and another one where it incorrectly stopped to allow a school bus to make a left turn in front of it. FSD had right of way and shouldn’t have stopped.

Seeing a weird bug in FSD 14.2.2.5 where it sometimes parks 99% of the way but then just freezes and never actually changes the gear to park. Minor annoyance.

@yunta_tsai I prefer FreeTaxUSA to TurboTax. As far as I know they don’t lobby the government for more complex tax rules, as Intuit does.

TurboTax seems pretty buggy this year. Near the end, on one screen, you can tap a button, choose yes, select skip, go back to the menu, redo the dialogue, and your tax owed/refund changes—even though it's supposed to be a no-op. Most annoying is that it keeps asking, “Do you need expert review for $129?” and I wonder how I know your expert is just some LLM bots. 🤔

@AlekseiKaplin @dhh @IcyPhenom I’ve driven a bunch of miles on FSD and think it is safer than me driving at this point.

I don’t see a pattern of blatant dishonesty here, but I appreciate you finding some examples to back up your claim. I agree just counting highway miles and claiming that autopilot was safer than other cars while using all types of miles was flawed. The other examples are pretty weak though.

Just let the Cybertruck drive us from the airport to home again. Highway, city, canyon roads. Bicyclists, construction, turn-right-on-reds. It's shocking how good it's gotten. And wild that this technology exists and yet isn't available in Europe.

@stevelohmeyer @dhh @IcyPhenom Only if you believe data that is not released and trust Tesla on statistics (Tesla was caught multiple times on lying here).

@AlekseiKaplin @dhh @IcyPhenom False. They count any crash as an autopilot crash if autopilot was disengaged within 5 seconds of the crash occurring.

@dhh @IcyPhenom It is why Tesla is hiding "disengage" statistics. It will just disengage 1 second before the crash & avoid being counted as an auto-pilot failure. :)
