@dobetterrrr @Notwokenow Dogs should be on leash 100% outside of the owners property. That dog has no business being where it was unsupervised. Dog should be put down and owner jailed

@Notwokenow Not for nuthin' but that dog just wants to play...he didn't attack the kid (that's not an attack) and the dog immediately responded to the man's command. Part of everyday education would be to teach your kids to have some kanine exposure/smarts.

@volalum1 @ThoughtCrimes80 I completely agree the biker shouldn't have been doing what he was doing, but my point is it doesn't negate the shit driving, no turn signal and being Uber aware from the truck driver

@volalum1 @ThoughtCrimes80 I live in oklahoma, there is absolutely no law that prevents bikes from being on the sidewalk except very specific downtown zones that are marked. Its a complete blanket misconception that bikes cannot use the sidewalk.

I’m in a waiting room and a mom has an infant in her arms. Less than one year old. The baby is playing with the mom’s phone while the mom holds it. When the mom takes the phone away, the baby cries so she gives it back. Less than one. Can’t walk or talk. Playing on a phone.

Jeff Bezos has $222 billion. If he paid my wealth tax this year, we could fund insulin in America for everyone who needs it plus free school lunch for every kid in Texas—and have plenty of money left over. And Bezos would still have $215 billion dollars to spare.

@T_A_Activist @LASHYBILLS You are allowed to test drive it. You are not allowed to stop and get food or run errands. Even just stopping at a convenience store for a drink makes him guilty.

Tennessee Woman Sues Mercedes-Benz Dealership After Employee Took Her C300 AMG on Unauthorized Date Night Joyride While It Was in for Repairs Kimberly Porter dropped off her Mercedes-Benz C300 AMG at a dealership in December for servicing. On January 16, she got GPS alerts saying her car was moving. She drove a loaner vehicle to the location and found her car in a parking lot. She waited and watched. When the dealership employee returned, she called police. The man, later identified as Derrick Nguyen, told police he'd been out on a date. Nguyen was arrested and charged with theft of property.Porter alleges that after his arrest, dealership representatives pressured her to drop the charges and threatened to report the loaner as stolen. Porter is now suing both Nguyen and the dealership.

Bro we are so cooked unless we win. Holy cripes. This is out of Green Bay Wisconsin and I have to be honest the The Brown County Sheriff needs to fire that Sheriff and dispatcher. The Sheriff cited the Victim with a more severe punishment while letting a hit and run driver with no insurance off with a slap on the wrist. The Sheriff called the victim racist for saying "He was black and looked like he was going to run" as justification why he followed the guy. Notice how the cop is friendly and chill with a criminal who fled from the scene of an accident and how he treats the victim. I'm disgusted.

@RyanGee437 You cant complain about every variable about a sport that makes it hard. May as well just have each rider run the track alone, groom the track to be perfect in between each rider and make the quickest time the winner. The dumbing down of sports is getting really old.

There’s no doubt that the lapped traffic was a big issue in Indy, but you can’t just stop privateers from racing. I know people will use the examples of MotoGP and F1 and how people can’t just turn up and race in those series, but to that I would say two things: 1. The fact that you can his turn up and race SX/MX and if you’re good enough you can be in the race is one of the coolest things about the sport IMO 2. Our sport has a substantially higher rate of attrition than MotoGP and F1 especially. MXGP is often criticised for having 20 or sometimes less on the gate in injury hit times of the season. Without privateers it’s easily possible that there could be less than 10 on the gate in SX. That just simply isn’t a proper race. Maybe they could have less riders in the main event as Tomac suggested, but simply saying that privateers can’t race just isn’t a viable solution

@MXGRyan I completely agree with you. We cant just keep removing elements of racing just because it makes it a bit harder. Im tired of the push in all sports to create a perfectly even playing field and remove any and all possible difficult variables.

❗️Unpopular Opinion: ❗️ Lappers are a part of the racing. They are another variable. There's far more to winning races than just lap times, and there should be. Punish lappers that continue to blatantly fail to move out of the way, but nothing more. Lapper navigation is just another piece of the racer skillset that differentiates riders.

@BuenoForMiami I fought hard to not have my son circumcised. His mother was red blind angry at the thought of not mutilating him and it wasnt even up for discussion. I have no idea how our society is ok mutilating all of our baby boys.

These comments make me incredibly sad. When I discuss circumcision, 100% of the time men comment that they’re so happy they were circumcised as babies because it’s better for them and they wouldn’t want it done as adults. What they don’t seem to understand is that they were robbed - not only of thousands of nerve endings, but of the choice. Study the history of circumcision in the USA: it was implemented to control men, stop masturbation, and reduce pleasure. Also, today’s circumcision is NOT the same as the one in Judaism: that was a small slit, not the full removal of the prepuce and frenulum. Your parents don’t have the right to alter your body for their beliefs. We don’t allow this for anything else; why don’t men matter as much as women?
Perigrine Falcone@PerigrineHawk

@BuenoForMiami I’ll put my two cents in: I’m damn glad my parents had me circumcised as an infant. many benefits

I used to eat canned green beans when I was in culinary school. The key is to rinse them and thoroughly dry them. Then you want to use high heat when sauteeing, preferably with bacon fat. Sauté on high heat until the outside is blistered, then toss in some chopped garlic for about 45 seconds at the end, add a pinch of smoked paprika, and finish with a dash of soy sauce and butter.
Ron wright@ronsterd89

What can I put in canned green beans to improve their flavor? I hate them, but we're on a budget and have plenty of them.

A perfect example of a waste of California taxpayer dollars, is the Agricultural Inspection Station coming back southbound from Las Vegas, into California, on interstate 15 California relocated the facility from just outside Barstow, to just over the border of California and Nevada. They built a huge new facility, and actually moved the interstate route, to go through it, and built several inspection booths, to funnel cars through individual lanes. Of course An Agricultural Inspection Station is necessary, to prevent out of state insects, from entering California and destroying the immense Fruits and vegetable economy of California. I have been to Las Vegas, and back, a total of 8 times in the last year. During everyone of those times, not once has any the of the inspection station booths, been occupied. There are cars in the parking lot, but no one occupying the actual inspection booths. So my question is, what good is it, literally moving the Interstate, building a brand new facility, if no one ever inspects anything? A huge waste of money!

I was raised around the church, and I wasn’t into it. I was never going to be the guy that believed in all this just because that was what was socially acceptable in my environment. Over the years, I had gone back and forth, but it was never much of a priority. Fast forward to 2022, I considered myself agnostic and decided to get serious about figuring out a direction. I read every book I could find on the subject, the Bible included, doing my best to view all the information objectively. Around this time, I was down bad one day and decided to say a prayer and asked Him to show me a sign. The very next day, a man came up to me in the gym, hadn’t seen him before and haven’t seen him since, he held out a shirt with the verse from Jeremiah "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” on it and said “I’m not sure why, but I felt called to give this to you today, he sees you”. I get random text from my mom that afternoon, same verse. On that same day, my Grandpa was in the hospital—the only artwork in his room? Same verse. (Found this out weeks later) I realized that over the years I had a bad taste in my mouth about organized religion. It can be used to control and to profit, but I also realized that isn’t what Jesus wanted or taught. That is humans being human, and I came to the conclusion that it’s not right for me to let their mistakes affect the way I view Christianity. I’m a logical dude, I get the skepticism over the subject, and sitting here today I can tell you that I never thought I would write something like this. Everyone is on their own journey, and I’m the last one to push my beliefs on someone else. I’m not trying to appear virtuous, or trying to assert myself as “above” anyone. I’m writing this because arriving here has changed my life in a way that makes it feel wrong to keep it to myself. I don’t have all the answers, but through my own research and experience, all I can say is that I believe with all my heart and soul. God bless, and have a great weekend.
