@theDFSturtle Mecole was an inch shorter and 10 pounds lighter. But the bigger difference is KC was 91% vs man (87% against press!). Mecole didn’t have this complete of a tree or the ability to win like that. Only real big negative with KC is drops, which you hope can be cleaned up.

Tate, Tyson and Lemon kinda get the @RecepPerception breakdowns you’d expect, but the headline is KC Concepcion getting “the best separator in this draft class” label from Matt (who does amazing work). Crushed both man and zone coverage. A real possibility for the Chiefs at 29.

I'm old enough to remember when Jaylon Moore stepped in to start for Josh Simmons at LT with only hours of notice after his child was born then went on to shutdown Aidan Hutchinson.
Yes, I believe he is capable enough at RT to keep the Chiefs from doing something moronic like taking RT at 9th overall.

Ryan Gosling being a liability at corner has been overstated:
-Was a 5-time player of the week in the 1970 season according to his dad
-Yes, he gave up a score on the first drive of the 1971 season. Also yes, they really immediately benched him for a running back who hadn't practiced on defense all camp? C'mon!
-Got beat a time or two in the state title but Titans were only down 7-0 at halftime. We also had Boone and the coaches literally saying, "Who do they think they are, the New York Jets?" and "They got receivers everywhere out there. It's like watching Monday Night Football" while watching the opposing offense. Doesn't sound like this was a very well prepared defense to me!

I did not think it was possible, but the #Jets have facilitated a trade for Justin Fields. He heads to the #Chiefs as Patrick Mahomes' backup. There was some reluctance from Fields to be used as a wild-cat option with #NYJ after he was benched. He could be a real weapon for KC if he's more open to it there.

@LanceTHESPOKEN To be fair he runs nearly 70% of his pass snaps from the slot or out wide. The bigger concern is that for a receiving TE he was only responsible for around 16% of his team's targets which is pretty moderate. Other elite TE prospects are usually 25% or more.
