@c_pick @zeeg @Logocentrik @ejc3 @grok Hey man, I’m just going off his profiles about me, since that’s how he chose to judge my existence. Just goes to show you even the ultra successful can totally undervalue the next big thing, creating opportunity for the “new” to grab some lunch.

The Anthropic hate is insane. They build a great product, most of you barely pay them anything, and everyone feels like they’re entitled to kick and scream about a big nothingburger.

@ThePrimeagen Explain to me the difference between a $200/ month pro max user on Claude code / cowork vs a $200 pro max user on Openclaw? OpenClaw users that are ACTUALLY building tools, will continue to pay api costs.. who’s subsidizing who now?

i am happy that anthropic is doing what they are doing with subscriptions the real cost of ai is really high and this subsidized life coming to an end more and more is a good thing.

You’re talking to a total fucking n00b that outside of web chat, had zero insight or previous history in development. I figured out a way to replace 7 apps, 2 VAs, zapier, and simplify my entire DTC business by cutting a 60 hour work week down to 10… Say what you want, but clearly a skill issue, OR your previous knowledge in the field stopped you from pushing the limits

@theadsplug @zeeg @Logocentrik @ejc3 My friend im not a basic user, openclaw is a pain in the ass for a "basic-user" to be able to use it, n8n instead is just 1 click away and just adding configs, too much dependencies plus a ton of configurations just for having something that you can have more control with n8n.

DrRRRrrrrr, I’m going to pay the api fees big dog, I’m also going to invest heavily in Mac Studio pro max’s once the m5 is released. If you have an opus 4.6 local equivalent for orchestration, I’m all ears. My frustration is with the anthropic team, the roll out, and the lack of clarity.

@zeeg @Logocentrik @ejc3 @grok If you think 10k/month is “scaling”, you probably also believe that all 3 inches of you is “UGE”

@zeeg @Logocentrik @ejc3 You call this scaling? You haven’t even reached product validation yet, should have used openclaw…

@theadsplug @zeeg @Logocentrik @ejc3 There is something called n8n for automatizations buddy, that actually support all the harnesses api and other subs, subs from Claude weren't meant for that.

Owner of largest project in existence responds to: > Running CI tests, my laptop is hot with > Shill overpriced apple and suggest tmux We're talking about CI as in CI/CD right?? My brother in LLM, who runs CI jobs regularly out of a Mac? A CLI multiplexer helps this how?
Peter Steinberger 🦞@steipete

@garrytan Install Jump Desktop and vnc into a Mac Studio in your office. Yes there's 1000 other "better" ways like tmux but this won for me because it's just sooooo convenient. And your clanker will run no matter what.

Imagine being a Silicon Valley dev and thinking openclaw was used to build stupid chatbots…. Hard to believe the Claude code dorks never got to harness the power of un restricted Opus 4.6 before it was killed.

@zeeg @Logocentrik @ejc3 You clearly have 0 insight as to what power users were building… it wasn’t chatbot, it was powerhouse automations and workflows. If you never tapped in, you have 0 clue as to the real power of opus 4.6.

@Logocentrik @ejc3 those plans are massively subsidized, and they're not subsidized so people can make fun chatbots

@zeeg We paid the same price on the pro max as all your Claude code dorks…. I’ll continue to pay because openclaw lowered my opex by $10k/month, something a non dev couldn’t achieve with Claude code. Who’s subsidizing who now?

@clankercode @thekitze With that logic, all you dork devs on Claude code are also being subsidized… you literally use the same plan..

@thekitze If openclaw provides such value why don’t people use it with extra usage or api? Why should Anthropic subsidize it? I mean I am not a fan of Anthropic’s actions but whole convo here is price negotiation because Anthropic is ok with people using OpenClaw with API/Extra-Usage

@garotod08345083 @thekitze The real price is a $200 pro max plan… the real asset is openclaw interface, Claude code users are devs overbilling clients for AI slop

@thekitze "Shittier version of openclaw"? That's impossible, the only good thing about all of that is now retards that use openclaw will have to pay the real price.

New method to keep using your anthropic sub in openclaw This basically tells your openclaw to use claude code indirectly (through the cli), so it’s allowed

@IanLandsman Get the fuck out of here, openclaw users are disgruntled business owners that were fed up with gatekeeping Silicon Valley fktards who are always over budget, and full of delays

Hot take. Claude is doing the right thing. Give the real customers a better experience (keep infra working well for them) while ditching people having their bots loop over their calendar 100,000 times a day.
