@easyJet Appalling treatment at the gate today at Gatwick on the 1225 flight to BFS. Agents completely misinformed and jumping to the wrong conclusion regarding the extra cabin bag I had paid for, yet continuing to talk over me, whilst avoiding eye contact.

Today our hearts are heavy as we lay to rest this little girl. Ellsa sadly passed away on 05.02.21. She had an incredible father in Aaron & was known and loved by a great many people in Northern Ireland, I am proud to say I was one of them. You go have fun now princess 💛⭐️🦋

Erms, errs, buts, missed words, gaps, stumbles don’t matter. You don’t need to record it again. You do all that in the classroom, never notice and no one bats an eyelid. Video is no different.
