A great pleasure to hang out with @HwsEleutheroi. last night. When I was a lot younger James was very formative for me. Among a list of names who really introduced me into the world of things like New Testament studies, biblical manuscripts, Reformed theology, and apologetics, was James. Very fun to share a meal and talk shop. And yes, I did give him a Wes Huff manuscript facsimile.

There was a time I viewed @tomascol as a venerable elder in the faith and was grateful for his ministry of recovering the historic theology of the particular baptists for the SBC. It's a cautionary tale that his credibility is completely shot due to his online presence.

@WesleyLHuff @HwsEleutheroi There is NO one more condescending, immature and disrespectful in Christian Apologetics than James White. Would any respectful Christian church every condone such actions of their pastor in the way they handle themselves/lack of fruit.

I did courtship for over one year without having a handshake with my wife; and I'm very much happily married, and extremely thankful to God. We made that decision. No physical touch until marriage. My wife even added her own. That she's not cooking anything for me to eat until we get married. I disagreed with it but she held out her decision. My friends was like how would you know that she can cook? I trusted God who led me. We're married. My wife is some of the best cook I ever know. That my friend visited, ate and said he's going to the men of suit WhatsApp group to confirm. It's more than possible. Two people who want to please God will please God even when it's unpopular and costly.

Schools have access to your kids during the best, most productive hours of the day Teachers are paid with the expectation that they will use that time well If they used that time well, would they require your kids—and often you—to do homework on top of that every single night?

Oh please. Homeschooling in a nutshell, is doing things with kids all week that working parents do with them on weekends, and calling it education. Going to a farm, to soft play, to the library, to the park, is not education…it’s needy mums, that can’t be away from their kids.
